CHICKEN WITH BABY CORN 
4 boneless chicken breasts (cut bite size)
Mushrooms (canned or fresh)
Sliced bamboo shoots
Baby corn (found in oriental grocers)
Celery, 2 stalks
Garlic, 2 cloves
Soy sauce (approx. 4 tbsp.)
Flour (for gravy) or corn starch
Oil
1 c. chicken broth

Fry garlic in oil, add chicken to brown. Add soy sauce, pinch of sugar. Add broth. Add all vegetables. Mix flour (or corn starch) with 1/4 cup water or additional broth. Stir in and let stand. Serve with rice.
