BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half cream
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring
Popcorn (opt.)

Melt butter over low heat, add flour and stir until smooth, add chicken broth and half and half. Heat for 5 minutes. Slowly add cheese and stir until well blended. Add beer, Worcestershire sauce and food coloring. Heat on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with popped corn.
