MACARONI SALAD 
Cook 1 pound of macaroni - let cool.

Then add:

1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
4 carrots
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. real mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Chill 4 hours. Keeps up to two weeks.
