1 can refried beans
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel
2 tbsp. chili powder
Garlic salt, dash
1/2 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground meat

Brown ground meat with onion, drain excess fat. Add other ingredients and stir until hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
