STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) pkg. whole unsweetened strawberries
1 1/2 c. pecans

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a hole in the center and add eggs. Mash strawberries and pour into the well. Pour oil in and mix well. Add nuts. Stir just to combine. Bake in 3 well greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
