FRENCH SILK PIE | |
1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled 5 eggs 9 inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust Beat butter with sugar until very well blended. Mixture should be smooth, fluffy and pale yellow. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Using electric mixer at medium speed, beat in eggs, one at a time, taking 5 minutes to blend in each one. Pour into pie shell and chill several hours. |
