SWEET NOODLE PUDDING | |
1/2 lb. wide egg noodles 1 stick butter (softened) 4 oz. cream cheese 3 well beaten eggs 3/4 c. apricot nectar 3/4 c. milk 3/4 to 1 c. sugar TOPPING: (optional): 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter (softened) Boil noodles. Add butter and cream cheese. Mix with noodles. Combine eggs, apricot nectar, milk and sugar. Add to noodle mixture and place in a well greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Place on top of noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
