VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1 pkg. frozen cut green beans, cooked
1 pkg. frozen carrots, cooked
1 pkg. frozen corn, cooked
1 pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. milk
Parsley, chopped fresh
Salt
Pepper

Mix mayonnaise, milk, and vinegar in small bowl. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.

In large bowl mix together all the cooked vegetables. Pour mayonnaise mixture on top until vegetables are all coated (you may not need all the dressing). Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serves 10.
