CABBAGE SOUP 
6 c. chopped cabbage (lg. head)
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1 c. chopped carrots
4 cans stewed tomatoes
4 c. hot water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
1 can tomato juice

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. In large kettle combine all ingredients. Simmer for 1-2 hours. This is an add-to type of soup. Ground beef works well or ground turkey browned and add to the soup.
