2 lbs. fish fillets 1 c. potato chips, crushed 1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Dip fillets in salad dressing and place in a single layer skin side down into baking dish. Combine chips and cheese, then sprinkle over fish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets). Serves 4 to 6. |
