3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 gallon whole milk

Beat eggs; add sugar to eggs. Beat at high speed until mixture is thick. Add vanilla, salt, and can of milk; continue beating until sugar is dissolved. Mix into whole milk. Freeze.

For richer ice cream, use 1 quart whole milk and 1 quart cream instead of the 1/2 gallon of whole milk.
