JALAPENO JELLY 
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. jalapeno peppers (dark green, include seeds)
2 c. apple cider vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar

Boil above for 20 minutes. Bring to a rolling boil and add 1 bottle Certo. Boil five minutes and put in sterilized jars. Seal. Makes 3 pints or 6 (1/2 pints). Don't double recipe. Doesn't seem to work that way.
