TUNA CASSEROLE 
3 slices bread
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Put bread and milk in bowl and let stand until milk is absorbed. Melt butter. Add bread and milk and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture should make a smooth paste. Separate tuna and add to first mixture. Slightly beat eggs, add to mixture along with seasoning and parsley. Mix well. Turn into greased 8x8 casserole and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
