OREO ICEBOX DESSERT 
30 Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. 10X sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts

Crumble cookies and place in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. In large bowl mix cheese, sugar, peanut butter and milk. Whip together a few minutes until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour this mixture over crumbled cookies and top with nuts. Freeze. Bring from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
