CARROTS & CROUTON CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked carrots
1 sm. onion, slightly fried in butter
Salt & pepper
1 c. American cheese, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. croutons, tossed in 1/2 c. melted butter (put on last)

Bake 1 hour in 9 x 13 inch pan.
