CHEESE TOPPED TOMATOES 
4 lg. ripe tomatoes
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Slice off top of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and butter. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Wrap each in foil and cook at edge of grill for 20 minutes.
