BAKED ZITI 
6 c. (16 oz.) cut ziti, uncooked
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook cut ziti according to package directions for 10 minutes; drain. In large bowl combine cooked ziti, 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. In 3-quart casserole pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; spread ziti mixture evenly over sauce. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8.
