BAKED ZITI 
6 c. of cut ziti, uncooked
3 1/2 c. or 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese (optional)
2 c. or 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ziti according to directions on box and drain. In a large bowl, or in a cooking pot combine ziti with spaghetti sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, egg, pepper and a little taste of salt. In a casserole dish pour 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, spread ziti mixture over sauce.

Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
