PASTA PEPPER SAUCE 
1 lg. yellow onion, sliced
3 pieces garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped (bell)
3 red peppers (bell), chopped
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 sm. roll Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tbsp. oregano
1 lb. vermicelli or noodles (Golden Grain is best)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash of cayenne
Dash Accent (optional)
1 tsp. salt

In large skillet with small amount of olive oil, saute onion, garlic, bell pepper, stewed tomateos. Add oregano and other seasonings. Cook on low heat. While this is cooking boil pasta and drain. Put into any casserole a little bit of sauce, then add pasta. Pour balance of sauce over pasta. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top of this. Put oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts (can put in microwave).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
