PASTA SAUSAGE & PEPPERS 
1 lb. Italian sausage (hot)
2 lg. red or green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cooked spaghetti

In large heavy skillet cook sausage, peppers, onion and garlic until meat is brown and vegetables tender. Drain off fat. Stir in cream, parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce heat and cook and stir over medium heat for 8 minutes or until slightly thickened. Toss mixture until cheese and pasta are mixed when added. Serve at once with more cheese.
