BAYOU BOUNTY SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. fresh slice mushroom
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
Grated Cheddar cheese

In large skillet melt cream cheese and 1 stick of butter. In another skillet saute onion, bell pepper, celery and mushroom in remaining butter. Add shrimp to the onion mixture and saute until shrimp turns pink. Drain slightly and add remaining ingredients, melted cheese and butter. Place in a shallow casserole. Top with crackers and Cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
