PEACHES & CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk (beat 2 min. & pour into buttered pie plate)
1 (15 oz.) sliced peaches, drained well (reserve juice)

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. juice

Mix and spoon in center of first batter leaving a 1 inch border of the first batter. Place peach slices on second batter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
