PEACHES AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
20 oz. canned peaches, sliced

Combine first five ingredients in large bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour in greased pan. Arrange peach slices over batter.

Combine next 3 ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Then spoon to within 1 inch of batter mix. Now mix 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over cake. Bake in 10 inch pan, 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes.
