PEACH CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
6-7 tbsp. peach syrup

PEACH FILLING:

Combine below ingredients: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. corn syrup 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp. vanilla

Put filling ingredients (above) in pie crust. Combine the following and pour over peaches in pie: 1/3 c. sugar 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 2 eggs

Put top crust on pie, lattice looks prettier and bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes.
