BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 c. salted peanuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies into a bowl with hands. Add melted butter. Press in the bottom of 9"x13" pan. Spread slightly softened ice cream over cookie mixture. Top with salted peanuts. Freeze for 1 hour.
