HOT HOLIDAY DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 onion, minced
1 sm. can tomatoes, drained and squashed
2 lg. jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

Brown meat and drain. Melt Velveeta and add to meat. Add onion, tomatoes, and peppers. Mix thoroughly until well heated. Serve hot with dip size Fritos. Even better the next day. To reheat, add a little milk if necessary.
