BOILED CUSTARD 
4 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. flour
9 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour. Beat eggs and add to sugar and flour. Add vanilla and milk. Cook in double boiler until as thick as you want (about 30-45 minutes). Strain while still hot.
