5 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 1/2 c. sugar

Cook in a thick pan until mixture coats spoon. Beat remaining egg whites until stiff and fold in cooled mixture.
