HOLIDAY YAMS 
1 lg. can yams
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
Salt to taste

Combine sugar and cornstarch; blend well. Stir in orange juice, butter and salt. Simmer over low heat and stir constantly until slightly thick. Place drained yams in lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish; add orange sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
