MOCK CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion (chop)
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients except noodles. Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover after 1 hour. Add noodles and bake another 10 minutes.
