PINEAPPLE DUMP CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed pineapple

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 stick butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Bring to a boil and gently simmer 5 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over hot cake.
