PINEAPPLE ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE 
2 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges including juice. Beat until mixed well. Grease and flour 2 round or square layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When cool, cut each layer into 2 layers. Frost between layers and on top and sides of cake.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (12 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Combine Cool Whip, vanilla pudding and pineapple including juice. Mix together well and let set for a few minutes.
