QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 deep dish pie shell, thawed
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (12 oz. can)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Muenster cheese
2 tbsp. flour

Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
