MEDITERRANEAN PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced basil
Dash of pepper

Brown chops in 2 tablespoons of oil and remove from skillet. Add onion and garlic to pan and lightly brown. Add all other ingredients including chops and simmer for 1 hour.
