1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing
1 (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
1 mild red pepper, chopped
1 pkg. chopped spinach

Don't cook spinach, but drain very well. Combine all ingredients and chill.
