1 c. salad dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, chopped

Mix first three ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients; chill. Serve with potato chips or fresh vegetables.
