SHORT RIBS IN BEER | |
3 lbs. beef short ribs, cut into 3 inch pieces 1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 can (12 oz.) beer 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced 1 med. bay leaf 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Microwave: 1. Place all ingredients in 5 quart casserole. Microwave, covered, at HIGH 5 minutes. 2. Reduce power to MEDIUM. Microwave 25 minutes. Stir. Microwave, covered, at MEDIUM until beef is tender, 25 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. |
