GOB CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines deep chocolate mix
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
1/4 c. Crisco oil

FILLING:

1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. hot canned milk
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix all of the ingredients together, including the directions on the back of the cake mix. Bake in 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans (greased and floured) at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Filling: Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in sugar. Set aside. Cream butter and shortening. Add creamy mixture and vanilla to egg and sugar. Add hot milk; beat until smooth. Put all of the filling between 2 cakes.
