1 box chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 box instant pudding

Mix ingredients well. Grease and flour 2 jelly roll pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. When cool, ice one layer and flip other layer on top.

ICING:

1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk (lukewarm)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and Crisco. Add milk and vanilla. Whip until smooth and creamy. Add 1 cup marshmallow creme and whip until blended.
