CREAMY CHICKEN | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained 3 c. cubed cooked chicken 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix all together in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Drop biscuits by tablespoonfuls around the top. Bake at 400 degrees for another 20 to 25 minutes. DROP BISCUITS: 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 tbsp. milk 1 egg Mix all together until blended. If you prefer more topping, use a 2- quart dish, double the biscuit recipe and bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
