YOGURT SALAD 
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
8 oz. carton plain yogurt
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt Jello in 1/2 cup hot water. Allow to cool until just slightly warm. Put into blender. Add other ingredients; mix. Put into ring mold. Fill center with fruit. (Can put into square pan and cut into squares.)
