ORIENTAL SURPRISE SALAD 
1 (16-20 oz.) frozen tiny peas, thawed & drained
1 (8 oz.) can shrimp or same amount of imitation crab
1 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Garlic salt
1/2 c. unsalted cashews
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Add noodles and cashews and toss again. Serve. Enjoy!
