STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg
1 c. strawberry slices
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust

Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing until well blended. Mash 3/4 cup strawberry slices. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Fold in remaining strawberry slices; spoon into pie crust. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional strawberries. Serves 6 to 8 (depending on how you slice it).
