CONCORD GRAPE PIE 
3 c. concord grapes
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 recipe plain pastry
2 tbsp. butter

Slip skins from grapes. Bring pulp to boiling; press through sieve to remove seeds; add skins. Mix sugar, flour, salt, and lemon peel; add to grapes. Fill 9 inch pastry-lined pie pan; dot small pieces of butter over the filling. Cover with twisted lattice top crust. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 40 to 50 minutes.
