IMITATION CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) lite cream cheese
1 c. imitation mayonnaise
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. (16 oz.) lite Cool Whip
1 lg. (16 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
2 envelopes Knox gelatin

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cool water; drain pineapple, bring juice to a boil, add gelatin, stir until dissolved; mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth, add pineapple and pineapple juice with gelatin, add marshmallows; then add Cool Whip; set in refrigerator for 2 hours to set up; then serve.

NOTE: You do not have to use lite cream cheese, etc.
