1 lb. hot seasoned sausage
1 sm. jar of Cheese Whiz
3 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. milk

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. These can be prepared ahead and frozen. Allow to reach room temperature and then bake. Yields: about 50.
