BROKEN GLASS DESSERT 
24 graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream

Combine sugar, butter and the crushed crackers. Place 1/2 mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve each of the 3 packages of flavored gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of hot water (separately). Place in ice cube trays and allow to set until firm. Cut the gelatin into squares. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water. Add hot pineapple juice. Add 1 tablespoon sugar if juice is unsweetened. Cool mixture until it has a syrupy consistency. Add whipped cream. Add the gelatin squares to the mixture and place in pan. Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over the top. Serve by dipping portions and serving in your prettiest glass dessert dishes. A pretty dessert. Makes 8 servings.
