2 c. cooked turkey, chicken or ham
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
3/4 c. Bisquick

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Use 10" pie pan. Put turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients about 15 seconds in blender. Pour over turkey. Bake about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
