BURRITO CASSEROLE 
5 flour tortillas
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. can refried beans
1 can sliced olives
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. Monterey Jack, shredded
1 c. cheddar, shredded

Pour a little of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9"x13" buttered casserole. Break flour tortillas into small pieces and spread over the bottom of the casserole. Spread beans over the tortillas. Then layer hamburger, onion, and olives. Pour sauce over all and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
