Mold one quart of strawberry ice cream in a 9 inch round cake pan. Keep in freezer until firm. Bake two layers of white cake also in 9 inch pans. Place the ice cream layer between the two white layers. Frost with whipped cream or substitute. Keep in freezer until serving time. Tint the frosting if you wish.
